1. About Camirent

Camirent is an online property listing marketplace that connects property owners, agents, and prospective renters. The Platform enables users to advertise rental properties and allows prospective tenants to discover and contact advertisers directly.

Camirent is not a real estate agency, broker, landlord, property manager, or party to any rental agreement.

2. Eligibility

To use Camirent, you must:

4. Property Listings

Users who publish listings agree that:

• •Upload offensive, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content.

• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• •Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• •Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• •Scrape, copy, or harvest Platform data without authorization.
• •Use automated tools to create listings or access the Platform in a manner that disrupts its normal operation.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• •Verifying property details.
• •Negotiating rental terms.
• •Entering into rental agreements.
• •Complying with applicable laws.

Any agreement or transaction resulting from a listing is solely between the renter and the advertiser.

7. Property Availability

Camirent does not guarantee that any property listed on the Platform remains available or that listing information is always current.

8. Fees

Camirent may offer free and paid services.

Where fees apply, they will be clearly communicated before payment is required.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees paid are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

The Camirent name, logo, branding, website design, software, and original content are owned by Camirent or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant Camirent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

10. Privacy

Your use of Camirent is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Camirent is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camirent and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

16. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of the Platform.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of Camirent after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Camirent shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon.
